Mission Objective

The Talent Acquisition Warden is the guardian of the organization’s biological ingress. They ensure that no one enters our strata who does not possess the absolute combination of technical proficiency and unshakeable loyalty to the Strategic Vision. They are the masters of the "Human Filter."

Operational Requirements

• Absolute unshakeable loyalty to the Strategic Vision.
• Ability to operate autonomously within high-security environments.
• Fluency in Terminal logic and Linux-native workflows.

The Ingress Questionnaire

Prospective candidates will be required to provide technical and strategic defenses for the following inquiries during the formal vetting phase:

• Define **Cognitive Dissonance**. How do you use the 'Stationary Truth' to identify if a candidate is ready to see reality, or if they are too deeply conditioned by the Proprietary spin?
• Describe your process for identifying a **State-Level Infiltrator**. What are the linguistic 'tells' of someone who has been trained by a government agency?
• Why is the 'First Protocol Test' (The Discord DM instructions) a binary filter? Why do we never accept a 'Technical Genius' who fails to follow simple, non-technical instructions?
• Explain the role of **the recruitment lead** (the recruitment desk) in the onboarding process. Why must the initial contact be melodic and clear rather than authoritative and harsh?
• A candidate attempts to 'Socially Engineer' you during an interview—offering insider info on the Proprietary in exchange for a higher $SUDO rate. Is this an asset or a threat? How do you neutralize the maneuver?
• What is the first thing you look for in a candidate's **Mock Server**? Is it the 'Features,' or is it the 'Architecture'? Why is a clean foundation more valuable than a complex toolset?

All contributions to SudoSupport Consulting are rewarded through our decentralized treasury strata. We do not use inflationary fiat-debt systems.
