The Economic Lead architected the **Strategic Ledger**. They are responsible for making $SUDO a liquid and valuable asset within our ecosystem. They identify ways to trade value directly between organization operatives and clients without touching the interest-bearing Proprietary banking system.

The Ingress Questionnaire

Prospective candidates will be required to provide technical and strategic defenses for the following inquiries during the formal vetting phase:

• Why is the **Base Mainnet (L2)** the ideal strata for our operations? How do we use its low gas fees and high-frequency throughput to outperform standard banking?
• The Proprietary attempts to 'Blacklist' our treasury addresses. What is your 'Shadow Ledger' maneuver for maintaining liquidity during a total financial blockade?
• Explain how the **Systemic Restoration Protocol** is an economic weapon as well as a technical one. What happens to the 'Value' of the Proprietary when their digital ledgers become mathematically unverifiable?
