You have something broken, stuck, or unclear. You need it fixed but you don't know who does that or how to get there. That's what I do. Figure out what's wrong, build the solution, make sure it holds.
Every problem looks different when you actually understand it. I start by figuring out what the problem actually is — not what it's been described as — then build what's needed.
If I need to learn something to solve your problem, I learn it. The specific tool or skill isn't the point. The point is fixing what's broken.
Until it's actually working. Not just deployed, not just delivered — working the way it should, with what you need to maintain it going forward.
It's not working. People have tried to fix it. The cause isn't obvious. I dig until I find what's actually wrong, then I fix it properly.
A process that's manual, repetitive, or just not happening because nobody has the time or bandwidth. I figure out how to make it work and automate what makes sense.
Depends on the problem. Some things AI solves well, some it doesn't. I figure out where it actually makes sense and integrate it properly so it works.
You're starting fresh — a new system, a new process, a new way of working. I figure out what you actually need and build it right, no shortcuts.
More load, more users, more complexity and you're one bad day away from it falling over. I figure out where the stress points are and fix them before they break.
You know something's wrong but you can't articulate it. You just know it's not right. That's fine. Tell me what you can and I'll figure out the rest.
Based in Klerksdorp, North West Province. I come from Windows IT — servers, networks, systems — but I've never treated that as the boundary of what I can solve. If a problem needs something I don't yet know, I learn it.
The actual skill isn't any specific technology. It's the ability to look at something unfamiliar, work out how it works, and build something that actually solves the problem. I've built that skill across decades of taking things apart, putting them back together, and building new things when nothing ready-made fit.
My proof isn't a certifications list. It's the work I've already done — building a complete world from nothing: a coherent magic system, political structures, languages, history, cultures. 78,000+ words of interlocking systems that all work together. That's what problem-solving looks like when the problem is complex and the stakes are high.
I built Crown World — a complete fictional world from first principles. Not a setting. A system. Every element connects to every other: magic, politics, geography, culture, language. Nothing contradicts anything else.
That's the ability to take a vague problem and work out what it actually needs — and then build it so it holds.
Whatever you're dealing with, it's not going to be the hardest thing I've figured out.
See the Work →Doesn't need to be technical. Doesn't need to be accurate. Just describe what's not working.
I ask questions, test, dig. Work out the real cause — not just the symptoms.
Scope, timeline, cost. I tell you what it will take. You decide if you want to proceed.
Solution built, tested, working. Documentation so you can maintain it. Done.

Doesn't matter if you've tried to fix it already, don't know what's causing it, or just know something isn't right. Tell me what you're dealing with and I'll tell you straight whether it's something I can solve — and what it would take.
No hard sell. No pressure. If I can't help, I'll say so.
